Sam Hamed is the Customer Relationship Manager for TOMAD International Inc. and works in the Indianapolis (IN) corporate headquarters. Sam earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Al-Najah University in Westbank Nablus. He is also a Lean 6 Sigma White Belt certified professional.
For TOMAD, Sam is responsible for maximizing customer loyalty and order performance. His main tasks involve after-sale coordination between suppliers and customers, assisting in the shipping and logistics process, customer invoicing and order communication. As a secondary role, Sam assists with the Sales and Marketing through his active management of the TOMAD.com website and social media platforms.
